What You Will Work On
Guiding 3–4 cross-functional Agile squads, ensuring the effective application of Agile methodologies.
Building a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging reflection, feedback, and best practices.
Facilitating discussions and decision-making within and between teams to promote success.
Providing Agile coaching and training to team members, enhancing their understanding and adoption of Agile methodologies.
Engaging with stakeholders to refine priorities and maintain alignment with evolving business objectives.
What You Will Do
Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and foster an environment of collaboration and transparency.
Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder team progress to ensure smooth delivery of value.
Track and communicate team performance using Agile metrics to support data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to align development efforts with business goals.
What You Bring
Proven experience leading multiple Agile teams, with adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.
Comprehensive expertise as a Scrum Master, including fostering collaboration, driving continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality results.
Ability to manage complex challenges, remove impediments, and maintain focus on team goals.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to guide teams and foster stakeholder relationships.
Familiarity with Nike’s culture and workflows is highly preferred.
A Bachelor's degree and substantial experience in Agile environments, with a strong emphasis on character and soft skills over years of experience.
