Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Loan Officer to join our team. As a Loan Officer at Secured American Lending, you will be responsible for assisting clients in securing the financing they need to achieve their goals. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with excellent interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the lending process.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop relationships with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Evaluate loan applications and financial documents to determine eligibility for lending products.
  • Guide clients through the loan application process, providing clear communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of loans.
  • Stay up-to-date with lending regulations, market trends, and company products.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Loan Officer or similar role in the financial or mortgage industry.
  • Strong understanding of lending products, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and assess creditworthiness.
  • Proficient in using loan origination software and other relevant tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
