Responsibilities:
Design eye-catching thumbnails that grab attention and drive clicks.
Ensure thumbnails are relevant, visually coherent, and aligned with the content.
Leverage analytics to refine thumbnail strategies and improve performance.
Produce a minimum of 36 high-quality thumbnails per month .
Recreate and optimize thumbnails for underperforming videos to boost engagement.
Proficiency in graphic design with a keen eye for detail.
Deep understanding of YouTube's audience engagement dynamics.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
