Warehouse Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Manager with experience in Windows and Doors to join our growing team! As the Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution processes with the key responsibilities being coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and implementing inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies. Additionally, you will also collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels, fulfill customer orders on time, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities for the Warehouse Manager:
* Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and provide training to ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational procedures.
* Implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and optimize inventory turnover.
* Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution processes.
* Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and accurate inventory levels.
* Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels, fulfill customer orders on time, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Maintain facility cleanliness and organization, conduct equipment inspections, and implement warehouse management systems to streamline operations and maximize productivity.
Requirements of the Warehouse Manager:
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Warehouse Management or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or distribution industry
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate warehouse staff.
* Demonstrated knowledge of inventory control principles and experience implementing inventory management best practices.
* Proven track record of driving process improvements and optimizing warehouse operations to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
* Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
