Augmentjobs is seeking a highly motivated Summer TMT Investment Banking Analyst to join our team for a summer internship. As a Summer Analyst you will be involved in providing advisory services to clients in the Technology Media and Telecommunications (TMT) sectors. You will work alongside senior bankers gaining handson experience in the analysis and execution of financial transactions including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) capital raising and other strategic initiatives. The role offers exposure to industryleading professionals highprofile transactions and an opportunity to develop core skills in financial modeling analysis and client interaction.
Responsibilities:
Conduct financial analysis and valuation modeling for TMT clients.
Assist in preparing pitch books presentations and other clientfacing materials.
Perform market research and due diligence on potential deals.
Participate in the execution of live transactions including M&A and capital raising activities.
Collaborate with senior bankers and other team members to support client relationships and deliverables.
Attend client meetings and participate in discussions.
Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Finance Economics Business or a related field.
Strong academic performance with a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.
Interest in the TMT sector and investment banking.
Excellent analytical quantitative and problemsolving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
