Structural Engineer – Construction Engineer

Location:   CT

Salary:  $90K - $140K (DOE)

Schedule:   Full-time, on-site (No remote option)

Responsibilities:

• Design and review temporary structures for construction projects
  
• Develop plans for bridge erection, excavation support, crane lifts, and more
  
• Perform structural analysis to ensure safety and compliance
  
• Support field teams with on-site engineering and coordination
  
• Review and prepare engineering calculations, drawings, and submittals
  
• Collaborate with project managers and estimators to ensure project success
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
  
• 5-10 years of relevant engineering experience
  
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility in the U.S.
  
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, BlueBeam, Civil 3D, and Finite Element Analysis Software
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a team setting
  
• Must be able to access all points of a construction site
