About the Role
As a Salesforce Consultant, you will collaborate with project teams to ensure requirements, user stories, and testing align with client expectations for Salesforce Implementation Projects and Managed Services accounts. Acting as the Voice of the Customer , you will advocate for customer needs, define requirements, and ensure deliverables meet specifications, including edge cases.

Working closely with project managers, architects, developers, and client stakeholders, you will leverage analytical and problem-solving skills to drive success.

This is a remote position.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate client Discovery & Refinement sessions (co-lead with Solution Architect).
  • Support all project phases : discovery, requirements gathering, user story definition, testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Translate customer requirements into well-documented user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Define Critical Success Factors (CSFs) and track ROI against client goals.
  • Document and manage user stories, process flows, and user acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate sprint demos , gather client feedback, and refine backlog priorities.
  • Assist in testing execution , defect tracking, and resolution.
  • Contribute to Salesforce configuration and declarative build tasks.
  • Support knowledge sharing, documentation, and training efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing, professional consulting role.
  • 5+ years experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • 3+ years working with Agile methodology (backlog management, user stories, sprint planning).
  • Salesforce certification (Administrator, Business Analysis Associate, or equivalent).
  • Experience with SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies .
  • Understanding of enterprise cloud applications and software development best practices.
Ability to travel up to 20% (minimal) and work US Eastern Standard Time Hours .
