The Company
Principle Homes is a high-end design/build remodeling company specializing in selective projects in the Nashville and Franklin communities.
Projects range from $200K–$1MM.
Start-to-finish contracts with full control over the entire project.
Providing furnishings for finished spaces.
Established company with almost 20 years of experience.
The Position
We are looking for a full-time Interior Designer who:
Has experience with Revit or SketchUp (or similar design software).
Is familiar with BuilderTrend (a plus but not required).
Can showcase a history of design work, including construction layouts and detailed plans for installers.
Has experience working with high-end clientele.
What We Offer:
Starting salary of $90,000.
Profit sharing.
Flexible work environment.
The Location
Principle Homes primarily serves the South Nashville and North Franklin areas. This is currently a work-from-home position, with occasional meetings on-site or with clients at showrooms.
