Our Talent Acquisition team is transforming the way we hire and attract the world’s top technical talent. We are seeking a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, based at our company headquarters in Bentonville, Arkansas, to support several of our largest businesses within Global Tech. This leader will be responsible for leading critical recruitment initiatives to help us scale and deliver a world class hiring experience. You will have the opportunity to develop a recruitment team focusing on some of our most critical hiring needs and influence the way Walmart hires at scale. Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition for Global Tech and Corporate Functions, this is a highly visible and impactful leadership position, that will play a pivotal role shaping and driving the processes and experiences to attract top-tier technical talent to Walmart Global Tech. The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
