We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile processes and ensure smooth execution of Scrum ceremonies. The ideal candidate will serve as a servant leader, coach teams on Agile best practices, and remove obstacles to drive project success.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies , including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach and mentor Agile teams on Scrum principles and best practices.
Remove impediments and ensure smooth execution of sprints.
Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
Monitor team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, and cycle time).
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and Agile transformation across teams.
Ensure alignment with business goals and maintain transparency in deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Agile adoption.
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe Agile frameworks .
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Rally, or similar Agile tools .
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
