Job Title : Project Manager Data & Government

Location: Hybrid (Austin, Texas)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Required Qualifications:

• Project Management experience in an enterprise environment.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale data management projects with a strong focus on data governance, integration, and security.
• Experience managing complex projects at state or federal government agencies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and large-scale stakeholder coordination.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with creating Texas Project Delivery Framework (TPDF) deliverables and managing projects using this framework.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from PMI or an equivalent recognized certification.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage enterprise-scale data management projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies for complex projects.
• Coordinate with state or federal agencies, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate project execution and ensure adherence to governance frameworks.
• Oversee the Texas Project Delivery Framework (TPDF) deliverables if applicable, ensuring all required documentation and compliance are met.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues, providing proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
• Utilize industry best practices and methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management approaches to achieve project success.
• Prepare and deliver status reports, executive briefings, and presentations to senior management and key stakeholders.
