JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active WI License
• Board: BC in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
• DEA: Active DEA Certification
• Certifications: BLS/ACLS
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience within the last 3 years
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive primary care to adults in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including CRNAs, APNs, NPs, and PAs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in CPRS EMR system
• Conduct administrative duties as part of the practice (10%)
• Participate in quality improvement and team meetings as required
