Overview:
Align Social Impact is seeking a junior or senior undergraduate or graduate student fellow to join the team for the Spring school semester of 2025, beginning in April 2025 and ending in June 2025, as the philanthropy and partnerships fellow. The ideal candidate must have strong communication, research and writing skills and a background in philanthropy, social impact, CSR and ESG. Our Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter Fellowship programs are designed to mentor and support creative, enthusiastic individuals from diverse backgrounds with a passion for social impact strategy, partnerships, communications and implementation to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, highly collaborative work environment. We are looking for energetic, highly motivated individuals with a desire to become best-in-class social impact practitioners with some prior, relevant work or academic experience in the nonprofit, advocacy, policy, philanthropy, campaigns or partnerships space. Applicants should be currently pursuing a degree in a social impact-related field and be Internship/Fellowship eligible. As a fellow, individuals will work on a range of client projects across disciplines and industries, and daily responsibilities may vary based on client and organizational needs. The Fellowship is 12 weeks, from April to late June, from July to late September, October to late December, January to late March, each year. This is a paid opportunity; candidates must be able to commit to 20 hours per week. The internship is hybrid (70% remote, 30% in person) and will take place in New York City, therefore, the selected Fellow must reside within the state of New York.
