Job Description

SalesBizLab We are is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to manage daily administrative tasks and support efficient office operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and has strong organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency.

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$17.50 - $28.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Dallas,TX

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform general clerical duties, including filing, copying, and data entry.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages).
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and office documentation.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and office events.
  • Handle phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Order and maintain office supplies to support day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training or certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Prior experience in an office or administrative role is beneficial but not required.
