Our brand new office in Celebration, Florida, is dynamic and fast-paced, filled with a team that’s innovative, supportive, and driven to make a real difference for our clients.

We’re looking for a talented Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize ad campaigns for our clients while building strong relationships to drive their success.

What You’ll Do

• Ad Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns tailored to clients’ goals. 
• Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make real-time adjustments to ensure maximum ROI.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Stay up-to-date on the latest features, trends, and best practices on Meta’s ad platforms to keep campaigns cutting-edge.
• Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients to share performance updates, explain changes, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable reports on ad performance, helping clients understand the impact of their campaigns.
• Collaborate: Work closely with other members of the marketing team to align ad strategies with broader marketing goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Meta Ads: Proven experience creating, managing, and optimizing successful Meta ad campaigns.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret ad performance metrics and use data to make informed decisions.
• Client Management Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to explain complex concepts to clients in an easy-to-understand way.
• Proactive Mindset: A self-starter who takes initiative to improve campaign performance and stays on top of platform changes.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless execution of client strategies.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other ad performance platforms.

Comp: $50,000 - $65,000
