Responsibilities

* Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients with mental health and substance abuse disorders.
* Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients' specific needs and goals.
* Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate interventions and level of care required.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and monitor clients' progress in treatment.
* Educate clients and their families about mental health and substance abuse disorders, treatment options, and coping strategies.
* Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in mental health and substance abuse treatment.

Requirements

* Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
* Licensed LPC, LISW, or LMSW.
* Substance Abuse Certification.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing counseling services to individuals with mental health and substance abuse disorders.
* Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions for mental health and substance abuse disorders.
* Strong communication, empathy, and active listening skills.
* Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
* Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
