Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, performance marketing, and marketing automation. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent analytical skills to research market trends and analyze campaign performance, ensuring our marketing initiatives align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

STRATEGIC MARKETING & GROWTH

  • Own the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive business growth across multiple channels, including social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
  • Cause an increase in referrals by establishing targeted marketing plans for clinics, school contracts, and commercial funders.
  • Supply compelling brand messaging and maintain consistency across all marketing materials and platforms to close gaps in brand awareness and engagement.

STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, referral sources, and community partners to drive business growth and collaboration.
  • Produce meaningful connections by conducting in-person and virtual meetings, lunch-and-learns, and site visits to strengthen provider relationships.
  • Determine referral trends and decide on strategic actions by tracking and analyzing referral touchpoints using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

CONTENT & NEWSLETTER MANAGEMENT

  • Spearhead the creation, distribution, and performance tracking of two newsletters:
  • External Newsletter – Captivate families, funders, and community partners with compelling updates, valuable resources, and impactful success stories.
  • Internal Newsletter – Empower employees by delivering engaging company updates, culture highlights, and key initiatives.
  • Ensure newsletters amplify brand voice, drive engagement, and effectively convey company priorities.

EVENT MARKETING & COMMUNITY OUTREACH

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee marketing efforts for job fairs, resource fairs, and industry events to strengthen brand presence and recruitment pipelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and successful participation in events.
  • Develop promotional materials and event marketing strategies to maximize visibility and attendance.

DIGITAL & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

  • Own the management of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok to enhance digital presence and drive audience engagement.
  • Establish and optimize SEO, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other digital marketing strategies to cause increased visibility and lead generation.
  • Produce high-impact email marketing campaigns by leveraging automation tools to close communication gaps and maintain customer engagement.
  • Supply leadership and supervise a part-time Social Media Ambassador to support content creation, engagement, and social media growth.
  • Determine key social media objectives, set measurable goals, provide strategic guidance, and track performance to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.

MARKET ANALYSIS & REPORTING

  • Leverage client mapping and geographic analysis tools to determine key business opportunities and close market gaps.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to establish data-driven marketing strategies that cause business growth.
  • Produce insightful reports on marketing campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI to supply leadership with actionable intelligence.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in marketing, client relations, or digital strategy.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems for marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in the ABA industry or healthcare marketing (preferred).
  • Background in recruitment marketing and talent acquisition strategies (preferred).
  • Experience working in growing organizations with a strong digital marketing focus (preferred).
