Law Library Administrative Director
The administrative director is an integral member of the Law Library's senior management team whose advising and consulting duties encompass a broad range of critical financial, operational, and human resources responsibilities affecting Law Library staff, Law School students, faculty and staff, University community members, and public Law Library patrons. The position advises and participates in strategic planning, develops and implements human resources policies related to the operation and management of the Law Library, and has primary responsibility for financial forecasting, budget preparation, and management of financial resources. The position recommends, plans, and manages facilities initiatives and operations. The administrative director represents the Law Library on University and school-wide committees and management groups. The Administrative Director reports to the Law Library Director. The Law Library serves a diverse and varied group of internal and external constituencies, and the Administrative Director must work effectively with these constituencies.
