Position Summary: The Junior Graphic Designer works closely with our creative and marketing teams to create visual assets that align with our brand and engage our audience. This position supports our graphic designers and sales team in producing marketing materials for both digital and print channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing graphics for digital and print, including social media, websites, email campaigns, ads, and sales support assets.
  • Collaborating with senior designers, marketing, and content teams to execute creative projects.
  • Developing, refining, and finalizing creative assets for both print and digital platforms, including product packaging, marketing collateral (sell sheets, flyers, in-store displays), digital ads, and social media graphics.
  • Ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and feedback from the Creative Director, delivering high-quality visuals that enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Editing and optimizing images, illustrations, and layouts as needed.
  • Supporting the team in brainstorming and conceptualizing new creative ideas.
  • Staying up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Commercial Art or Graphic Design Degree, certificate, or related degree, or two years or more related experience; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. This is an entry-level position.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) in a Mac environment.
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and usability principles.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills, including layout, branding, and digital asset creation.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to apply constructive feedback effectively.
  • Bonus Skills (nice-to-have):
  • Experience in packaging production and pre-press file preparation.
  • Familiarity with social media design trends and digital marketing assets.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and web design.
  • Motion graphics and basic video editing skills (After Effects or Premiere Pro).
