Job Description

This bank is looking for an experienced Investment Banking Associate to join their Healthcare Biotechnology team.

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of investment banking experience
• Biotech market domain knowledge required
• Public equity capital markets and M&A transaction experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop internal and external relationships
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling
• Highly motivated, team player with an ability to learn in a fast-paced environment

The anticipated starting salary range for New York-based individuals interested in this position is $135,000 - $225,000 per year. Placement within this range depends on the level of experience. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation, which will be part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
