Role: IBM ODM Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IBM ODM Developer responsible for designing, developing, and deploying business rule applications . The ideal candidate will have expertise in IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) , along with strong Java, J2EE, and WebSphere skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop business rules, rule flows, and rule templates .
Build and maintain rule projects while ensuring seamless integration with business applications.
Test, debug, and deploy rulesets to test and production environments .
Work closely with business analysts to create domain-specific vocabulary and incorporate valid business values.
Develop and maintain decision services in alignment with business objectives.
Synchronize Rule Studio code base and generate HTDS WSDLs for rulesets .
Train customers and teams on business rule management best practices .

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with IBM ODM , Java, J2EE, WebSphere, and XML .
Experience working with Oracle or other relational databases .
Proficiency in test-driven development and experience in a continuous integration environment .
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Desirable Skills:

Experience in IBM Content Manager .
Understanding of business process automation and optimization .
Strong documentation and presentation skills .
