Job Description

Looking for a welcoming, energetic individual with prior dental experience to assist in the front and back as needed in our private office. Willing to train and teach the right candidate if needed.

Responsibilities include:

Front Office

• Manage patient schedule
• Update, maintain, and verify insurance and patient information
• Solid communication with all staff members to ensure efficiency
• Perform basic accounting tasks such as collecting patient payments and preparing billing statements
• Follow up on insurance claims and entering payments
• Able to multitask effectively
• Answer phone calls and reply to patient inquiries
• Prior experience with Dentrix Dental Software is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Back Office

• Assist the dentist with dental procedures
• Take and process X-rays of patients
• Sterilize and disinfect dental instruments and rooms

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
