THIS POSITION REQUIRES A MINIMUM OF 2 OVERNIGHT SHIFTS (11PM-7AM) PER WEEK.
Our Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact with guests and they handle most aspects of a guest's stay. Receptionists greet guests, assist with check-ins, answer guest questions, resolve any guest issues, and assist with checking guests out. Additionally depending upon which shift you are working you may be tasked with setting up, maintaining, and cleaning up the breakfast area; doing hotel laundry; and maintaining public spaces.
Adaptability and flexibility is key, you must be able to work well on a team as well as individually.
Customer service experience is required. Hospitality experience is preferred and preference will be given to those candidates with previous experience. Ideal candidate will have the flexibility to work 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) or 3rd shift (11pm-7am) as needed.
