Job Description

• Supervise and train contracted security personnel, ensuring compliance with access control protocols and security standards.
• Conduct daily security checks to ensure systems are operational and troubleshoot any issues.
• Monitor and maintain the Visitor Management System and resolve technology-related issues.
• Develop and implement security protocols, contingency plans, and emergency response procedures.
• Coordinate security for events held at the HQs and assist with security assessments at other locations.
• Manage access control systems, symptom monitoring kiosks, and handle technology failures.
• Assist in the creation of security reports and provide updates to the Director on access issues and security status.

• Four-year college degree.
• Proven experience in security roles, preferably in a facilities or corporate environment.
• Familiarity with security technologies, such as CCTV and access control systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle emergencies efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with employees and visitors.
