Lead as Our Facilities & Systems Operations Manager

Are you passionate about transforming warehouse environments into efficiently run machines? This role is your chance to lead the charge in maintenance, safety, and system optimization.

What's Your Mission?

1. Plan and supervise daily repair activities, including refrigeration and vehicle upkeep.
2. Ensure financial accountability through precise budget management and analysis.
3. Prioritize operational efficiency by orchestrating maintenance schedules.
4. Spearhead preventative initiatives with innovative design and modification strategies.
5. Stay compliant with federal and state safety regulations, ensuring all activities align with these standards.
6. Resolve equipment issues and devise methods for continual improvement of systems.
7. Work in collaboration with top management to achieve and exceed financial targets.
8. Participate in the development of long-term planning and capital investment strategies.
9. Keep abreast of new technologies that offer potential process enhancements.
10. Ensure all departmental operations are conducted in a safe, environmentally conscious manner.
11. Adapt and perform additional duties as required, reflecting the dynamic needs of the warehouse.

Qualifications & Expertise

To make a lasting impact, you'll need:

• A School Diploma or GED.
• Expert-level knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Experience using CMMS tools for effective maintenance oversight.
• Background in executing and managing major project initiatives.
• A minimum of three years managing maintenance operations in a cold storage or similar environment.

Skillset

• Crafting and implementing comprehensive preventive maintenance plans.
• Facility management and maintenance experience.
• Proficient in ammonia refrigeration operations.
• Keen oversight in maintenance and inspection procedures.
