Inside Sales Representative (Remote or Hybrid - Cranbury, NJ)

Are you a driven and goal-oriented sales professional looking to make an impact in the digital workplace solutions space? We're seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our dynamic America Sales Team. In this role, you'll focus on generating new business opportunities for our innovative Slingshot digital workplace solution, leveraging your prospecting skills and lead follow-up expertise.

This position is fully remote but can also be hybrid for candidates within commuting distance of our headquarters in Cranbury, NJ.

What You'll Do

Drive revenue by identifying and developing new sales opportunities through self-prospecting and company-generated leads.
Research potential accounts, identify key decision-makers, and create interest by aligning business needs with our solutions.
Engage with inbound inquiries, guiding prospective customers to the best solutions based on their needs.
Conduct virtual sales presentations and craft compelling, customized proposals that outline tailored solutions.
Gather insights from customers to provide feedback on product development and engagement strategies.
Monitor competitor activity to support marketing and lead-generation initiatives.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates in Salesforce.
Share feedback on marketing campaigns and customer interactions to improve engagement.
Meet or exceed sales targets and software licensing quotas.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
A goal-driven, motivated, and persistent mindset with a passion for sales.
Strong communication, listening, and writing skills.
Experience working in a quota-driven sales environment (preferred but not required).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of IT; experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn, and chat-based sales is a plus.
1+ years of successful inside sales experience in software (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
