We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Dental Pro Sales and Support Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our dental professional customers by answering questions, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll play a crucial part in maintaining and growing our Cocofloss dental professional customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage support tickets and respond to dental professional inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Process customer orders and purchase orders regularly.
• Monitor customer engagement and order frequency to ensure continuous service.
• Work to reactivate customers who have become inactive.
• Provide support to the sales team as needed with customer-related tasks.
• Attend dental conferences when required. 
  • Travel requirement: 10-15%

Experience:

This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with 0-2 years of experience. While we provide comprehensive training, the following qualifications are preferred:

• A 4-year degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in a sales or support role in a B2B environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot is an advantage.
• Experience using support platforms such as Zendesk is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and other Google Workspace applications.

Pay: $24 - $26/hour (Equivalent to: $50,000 - $55,000/year based on a 40-hour workweek)
