Mission

USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety.

Job Description

  • CSSP Infrastructure Manager: Leads CSSP Systems Architecture, Sustainment, and Operations.
  • Leads efforts to modernize CSSP services. Oversees CSSP testing and knowledge management.
  • Supports USG in maintaining Tier 2 CSSP ATO.
  • Implements, deploys, maintains, reviews, and administers the infrastructure hardware and software that are required to effectively manage CSSP network and resources.
  • Provides expertise in Network Operation infrastructure (e.g., router and switches) in support of C2C functions and capabilities, including 802.1x compliance.
  • Operates, manages, maintains, and sustains C2C network implementation.
  • Engineers, documents, and executes changes and upgrades across multiple DoD Networks and DoD ILs on connected physical or virtual devices.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : BA/BS or equivalent, 12+ years of experience
  • Required Certification: GCIA or GCLD or GDSA or GICSP or CISSP-ISSAP or CISSP-ISSEP
  • Desired: ITIL 4 Foundation; Certified Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC); or ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer; Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP); or GIAC GCIH, or Certified Incident Handling Engineer (CIHE); or GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA); or Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP); or Microsoft Certified Azure Security Engineer Associate; or AWS Certified Security - Specialty; or MITRE ATT&CK Defender (MAD)

Location: Onsite - Offutt AFB, Nebraska - Relocation may be available

Clearance : Must be willing to obtain Top Secret with SCI eligibility

The likely salary range for this position is $191,412 - $258,970. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
