We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Chef to lead and elevate the culinary standards across multiple fine dining and upscale casual restaurants in our portfolio.
As a Corporate Chef, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culinary direction of our restaurants, working in tandem with the Chef/Owner and the management teams to refine our menu offerings and our systems. Your expertise will be key in mentoring and overseeing Chef de Cuisines and Sous Chefs, ensuring their professional growth and alignment with our brand's high standards. We put a lot of pride and attention to the ongoing development of all of our managers. One of the main focuses for this position is to keep the chefs and sous chefs growing in both their culinary and management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the development of CDCs and Sous Chefs across all locations.
- Collaborate on research and development for seasonal menu changes and conceptualize new culinary ideas.
- Implement and refine SOPs, while maintaining a focus on financials.
- Uphold and enhance the quality and consistency of food, service, and the entire dining experience.
- Embed the company culture of continual learning and improvement within your teams.
What we need in this Chef:
- A background in multi-unit or multi-venue restaurant management is a must, with a passion for culinary excellence.
- Ability to nurture talent, equipped with strong mentoring skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional command of financial operations and experience in establishments with rigorous systems.
- A proactive and positive mindset, aligned with a culture of steady growth and success.
- A strong passion for the culinary arts and the restaurant industry.
