Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Contracts Administrator for our client in Las Vegas, NV. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to play a key role in supporting project managers and project accountants throughout the lifecycle of construction projects.

• Location: Las Vegas, NV
• Pay: $50,000 - $60,000

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Accountants to draft and issue contracts and change orders
• Ensure all contracts and change orders are fully executed and documented
• Verify contract values align with approved project budgets
• Enter and maintain detailed contract and change order data in ProContractor
• Support cost control measures and assist in ongoing budget monitoring

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong understanding of project budgets and general contract administration
• Experience supporting construction project teams
• Proficiency with ProContractor (or similar software)
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
