This job is responsible for managing medium to large projects for an operations department or Line of Business. Key responsibilities include determining appropriate test methods, coordinating execution across stakeholders and test groups, managing project scope, planning, and organizing, directing the execution of test plans and scripts, and working closely with management on project impact and direction. Job expectations include acting as the first point of contact for end-to-end project status, project health, mitigation, and timely escalation to leadership and stakeholders.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Consumer AML Operations Change and Transformation team. The Project Manager will manage medium-large CAML initiatives that may significantly impact on Consumer AML Operations. This position will be accountable for the management of the project life cycle, from initiation through implementation. The Project Manager will work directly with the PMO and with senior management of the impacted operations area to set strategic direction of the project.
We are looking for a strong leader with the right level of experience, ability to challenge and influence stakeholders, and with excellent analytical skills, critical thinking, and process improvement mind-set.
Requirements:
• 5+ years Project/Program management experience
• Experience managing Technology Projects and understanding various Technology and Infrastructure
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Ability to identify and propose the tasks & deliverables that will be necessary to achieve the desired outcome
• Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes
• Ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders
• Knowledge of structured project management methods
• Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders at senior levels
• Ability to lead cross-functional workgroups and champion initiatives
• Competent with MS products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
• Competent with Jira and confluence for project management in a waterfall and agile framework
Other Qualifications/Desired Skills:
• Prior experience in Global Operations and/or CAML processes desirable
