Job Title: Compliance Policy Manager
Location: Denver, CO, US (Onsite | Hybrid Tuesdays and Wednesdays in-office required)

The Compliance Policy Manager will play a key role within Client's Compliance Department (Team Quest), collaborating with various teams across the organization to ensure compliance policies, handbooks, job aids, and the Code of Conduct are well-drafted, up to date, and effectively communicated. This role requires exceptional critical thinking, project management, and communication skills, along with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities: Policy Management:Review, revise, and maintain all compliance policies, handbooks, job aids, and the Code of Conduct.
Lead policy projects, including annual reviews, ad hoc changes, and operationalization of policies.
Ensure policies align with applicable regulations, maintain consistency, and communicate policy changes effectively.
Identify areas for improvement and propose policy enhancements.
Analyze compliance data to identify trends and make necessary policy adjustments.
Partner with the compliance education team to ensure policies are accurately communicated and incorporated into training programs.
Serve as the system administrator for PolicyHub, including training other leads and liaising with the vendor as needed.
Oversee monitoring activities for specific compliance policies as required.
Conduct quality assurance reviews on responses provided via the compliance question line.
Provide compliance guidance to committees and support teams as needed.
Lead compliance projects, including developing project plans and managing execution.
Assist with ongoing compliance monitoring activities.
Cross-train within the team to support compliance question line and committee responsibilities.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree (Required); Master's Degree or JD preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance and/or healthcare-related roles, preferably in a similar capacity.
Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and providing guidance on policies.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Experience with PolicyHub by Mitratech is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe; intermediate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Smartsheet.
Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
Hybrid schedule with in-office requirements on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Located in Denver, CO.
