Manufacturing company seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee financial strategy and operations. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with deep expertise in manufacturing and steel erection industries , ensuring financial stability, efficiency, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals, ensuring profitability and long-term growth.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee financial planning, cash flow management, and cost control initiatives.
Accounting & Compliance: Ensure accurate financial reporting, tax compliance, and adherence to all regulatory requirements.
Operational Leadership: Collaborate with executive leadership to drive efficiency, optimize resources, and support business decisions.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, manage insurance policies, and oversee audits.
Banking & Investor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, lenders, and investors.
Cost & Profitability Analysis: Evaluate project costs, pricing strategies, and financial performance to improve margins.
Technology & Systems: Optimize financial systems, ERP integration, and reporting tools for enhanced financial management.
Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor the finance and accounting team, providing clear direction, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, project management, and leadership teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
10+ years of financial leadership experience in manufacturing and construction industries.
Strong expertise in financial reporting, cost accounting, and project-based financial management.
Experience with ERP systems, financial modeling, and strategic planning.
Proven ability to lead teams, optimize operations, and drive business growth.
Knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
Demonstrated success in managing and developing direct reports , fostering a high-performing finance team.
