Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and certified Laser Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in performing laser treatments, including laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other non-invasive aesthetic procedures. This role requires excellent technical skills, a strong understanding of skincare, and a passion for providing top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform laser treatments such as laser hair removal, skin resurfacing, pigmentation correction, and other non-surgical procedures.
• Consult with clients to assess their skin concerns, recommend appropriate treatments, and create personalized care plans.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to ensure the best possible results.
• Maintain and operate laser equipment in compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
• Ensure treatment rooms and laser devices are properly sanitized and maintained.
• Keep accurate client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and before-and-after photos.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in laser technology, skincare products, and industry best practices.
• Work closely with the medical and aesthetic team to ensure a seamless and high-quality client experience.
• Uphold all state and medical spa regulations regarding laser safety and client care.

Qualifications:

• Certified Laser Technician (CLT) with valid state licensing (if applicable).
• Proven experience in performing laser treatments in a medical spa or dermatology setting.
• Strong knowledge of different skin types, conditions, and laser technologies.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to assess client needs and provide professional treatment recommendations.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications in aesthetics, skincare, or related treatments.
• Experience working with advanced laser systems such as Clarity II, HALO® Laser, or Morpheus8.
• Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and their benefits.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
