Job Description

Closet Installer / Installation Apprentice Closets by Design, one of the largest closet companies in Washington, is looking for Closet Installers. Experienced installers drive their own Mercedes Sprinter van and earn a commission for their installations. All tools are provided. Our installers make between $24 to $40 per hour commission depending on their capabilities and experience No experience, no problem - we will train you to install closets safely and efficiently for you to become a Lead Installer. Apprentice Installers make between $20 to $24 per hour and go through a thorough training program. Closets by Design designs, manufactures, and installs a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more. The entire team at Closets by Design focuses on having successful installs and supporting our Install Teams. We are looking for motivated individuals who have a passion to provide an outstanding installation experience for our customers. Job Responsibilities We are currently seeking individuals to immediately fill Closet Installer and Installation Apprentice positions. Installers are responsible for the installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion. Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. Operate company vehicle, tools, etc. in a safe manner Job Requirements

  • Customer oriented, friendly and professional (No jerks allowed)
  • Reliable, punctual with good work ethic
  • Possess and maintain current driver’s license
  • Good driving record
  • Closet, garage, office installation experience preferred but not required
  • Good ability to communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Strong personal organization skills will help you make more money
