Remote Benefits Representative
📍 Must be a resident of Georgia (or FL, NC, OH, SC or TN)

Lead, Learn, and Grow: Your Responsibilities:

• Client Outreach: Engage with clients through phone, text, and email to schedule virtual appointments.
• Virtual Consultations: Meet with clients via Zoom to assess their needs and recommend tailored life, accident, and hospitalization benefits.
• Benefit Education: Help members understand their benefits and how they protect their family's financial future.
• Sales & Underwriting: Present solutions, close sales, and accurately complete policy applications.
• Compliance & Licensing: Maintain all required licenses and stay up to date with industry regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors, managers, and training staff to ensure seamless service and continuous growth.
• Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized client records.
• Professional Development: Stay informed on industry trends and company offerings to enhance your expertise.

Who We're Looking For:

• No Experience Needed – Comprehensive training provided.
•   Growth Mindset – Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Self-Driven & Organized – Comfortable managing time and working independently.

• Already Licensed or Willing to Obtain – No license? No problem! We provide assistance in obtaining a temporary Georgia insurance producer license , allowing you up to 15 months to meet the requirements for a permanent Georgia license while working with our agency.
